It's about to get pretty busy here, so hang on tight...
We are looking at a sort of 3 part set up here.
First, tonight into Saturday morning. This mix of rain in the south and snow in the north will move through dropping a coating to an inch in some places in the north country.
Second, Saturday afternoon into Sunday morning we have snow showers in the north and rain showers to the south. This is more of a continuation of the previous system rather than something new, but just a bit of lingering precipitation. We could see another inch or so from this in the end.
Sunday night through Monday is next. This one could go either way, and we need to watch this closely for coastal Maine and Southern NH/Northern MA.
Rain slips in Sunday evening and during the overnight, the snow shield will work its way south. How far south?
