Storm #1, Tuesday into Wednesday
Storm #1 comes overnight tonight into Wednesday morning and should be about done before daybreak.
My main concern from this isn’t the snow, it’s the freezing rain from the below freezing temperatures expected overnight. Much of central New England is in the path, and while it isn’t enough to cover the trees and powerlines like an ice storm, it will be enough to make walking and driving surfaces slick and require a bit of salt. This is something that will need to be watched as it happens.
As for the snow, not really much. Maybe some 2-4 areas in the higher elevations, but this is mainly a quick moving system that I wouldn’t even call a storm. Just a small, elongated band of precipitation just passing through.
